It has been a difficult few months for both of our congregations as we’ve lost multiple members and loved ones. Our Church Family is responding by partnering with Newport Counseling Center to start a Grief Support Group. We’re going to give this a try, and if successful, we’ll be inviting the community to join us. Beginning Monday, September 16th, 2024, there will be two sessions offered weekly. The first will begin at 9:30 am and conclude at 11 am. The second will be 6:30 pm to 8 pm. We hope to offer times which can appeal to everyone with our congregations. These sessions will be at Highland United. Once we see how they are going, we may begin offering them at Westminster United. ANYONE, from either church, who feels a need is welcome to come and join us. Contact Pastor Nancy or Bill McHenry if you have questions.
